Our Staff

Joanne Casino
Joanne is Vice President of Client Relations and is responsible for helping clients identify and address their performance and training needs. Joanne's recent experience as Regional Director of Northeast Operations Learning Solutions at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield/Wellpoint, Inc. provides an insider's perspective that serves her clients well.

Joanne also has an MS in Organizational Leadership and Management. This, along with her background in training and account management for a number of large and small corporations, allows her to focus on helping companies achieve their objectives through the integration of performance solutions with business goals.

Roxanne Gonzales
Roxanne comes to Entelechy with over twenty-two years serving adults as an administrator of adult education and training programs in the U.S., England, and Germany in the corporate sector, military education and training, and continuing higher education. Her expertise is in application of adult learning theory, program development, needs assessment, online learning environments, and alternative programming for adult populations. Roxanne is also Associate Dean for the College of Distance Learning with Park University.

With Doug Lynch, Roxanne co-authored Corporate-Higher Education Partnerships: Best Practices, Tools and Case Studies for Aligning Values by Stylus Publishing. She has developed and presented numerous programs, workshops, and concurrent sessions at international conferences and is on the Board of Directors for the national Association for Continuing Higher Education.

Roxanne holds a BS in Psychology Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, an MS in Counseling from Creighton University, and a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts Boston in Higher Education Administration.

Donna Iacopucci
Donna Iacopucci is VP of Account Management responsible for new business acquisition, client relations, and business-based needs assessment. Additionally, she functions in a project management role, often responsible for the design, development, and delivery of customized training programs.

Donna has over 23 years of business experience with a concentration in sales and marketing management. Her corporate background also spans the areas of finance, quality assurance, high tech and management. Together with her extensive business background, Donna brings an energy and relevance to her work in customization and training design, development, facilitation, performance consulting, and project management.

Donna is a former member of the adjunct faculty at Boston University and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Bentley College.

Marsha O'Keefe
Marsha is a Performance Consultant responsible for the design and development of our training programs. She brings a strong design and development background having performed needs assessments, developed curriculum, implemented learning events, and evaluated the efficiency of the learning event. Marsha brings a creativity to instructor led training and blended training and has a tremendous amount of experience as a manager and trainer in on-boarding new hires.

Marsha is a positive force when leading a team or as part of a team. She enjoys working with people and takes great pride in seeing individuals excel. She has a sense of humor and great patience which has proven invaluable in the classroom.

Christian Scott
Christian is a Performance Consultant responsible for the design and development of our training programs. He brings a diverse business background in training and operations. His experience spans a variety of industries with a particular focus on managed care. While working for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, he held positions in Training, Process Improvement, Customer Service, Claims, and Sales Support.

Christian has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Economics from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and has received the Competent Leader designation through Toastmasters International.

Terence Traut
Terry is Entelechy’s President and COO. He is responsible for overall program design, development, and quality assurance. Terry brings over 25 years of training and management experience to Entelechy.

Before joining Entelechy, he worked for nine years at Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories as sales training designer and manager. He also instructed for Boston University throughout Europe.

Terry has designed, developed, and delivered hundreds of courses in the areas of management, sales, customer service, and training. He has developed training in a variety of media including web-based training, computer-based-training, self-paced instruction, and classroom training.

Terry holds a BS in Education from St. Cloud (Minnesota) University and a MS in Human Services Administration from Boston University. He has completed all coursework for EdD, Human Resource Education from Boston University.

Michelle Verdi
Michelle is a Performance Consultant with over 10 years of business experience. Michelle has a diverse training background, instructing audiences both domestically and internationally. She has helped sales teams reach corporate goals by instructing and facilitating Strategic Account Selling Clinics, leading to increased revenue and new business. Michelle has coached over 1000 employees, helping them reach their potential through such courses as New Hire Training, Technology Training, Communication Skills, Sales Skills, and Solution Selling, to name a few.

Michelle's experience also includes several years of direct international sales within the technology industry. Michelle is bilingual in English and Spanish, bringing a unique skill set to her clients.

Marty Wilcox
Marty is Entelechy’s Production and Quality Control Manager and is responsible for overseeing the production of training materials including editing, formatting, proofreading, copying/printing, kitting, and shipping. Marty secures and monitors appropriate editing resources, copy vendors, and other resources as needed to meet schedules and quality standards.

Marty has held several positions that have included administration and project management working for both Fortune 50 companies and small, entrepreneurial startups.

Beth Yeaton
Beth is a Performance Consultant responsible for the design and development of our training programs. She brings 10 years experience providing training services for companies such as Fidelity, Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks, PictureTel Corporation and Avid Technology. Beth's skills include design, development, delivery and project management for training programs ranging in size from $5K to $1M.

In Beth's words, she joined Entelechy to become part of a team she knew created innovative training programs centered in training principles and focused on achieving real business results. She was also drawn to us because she saw that Entelechy worked with diverse organizations addressing challenging business issues and would provide constant opportunities to make a positive impact.

Beth has an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Tufts University.
