Entelechy will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute to ANYONE information it obtains about any of its visitors or clients. Period.

From time to time, we will provide our subscribers and clients with information about training products and services that we believe will help them in their roles as training professionals and others responsible for the performance of their people. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any program, module, eGuide, or tool that you purchased from Entelechy, please accept our apologies. To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, call Terry Traut at Entelechy at 1.603.424.1237 and have the following information available:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
  
  
• Product(s) purchased.
  
  
• Date purchased.
  
  
• Payment information (credit card number and expiration date) so we can apply the credit appropriately.
  
  
• Reason for the return. Your honest opinion will help us modify our description to avoid misunderstanding in the future; while you are not obligated to provide this information, it will be greatly appreciated.

You will be asked to sign and return a statement stating that you have destroyed all Entelechy files and hardcopy materials. When Entelechy receives the statement, your credit will be processed immediately.

We regret that we are not able to offer refunds for purchases over 30 days old.
