Proven Solution Process

In order to achieve the desired employee performance improvements, Entelechy employs a tested, proven process which can be categorized into the following four stages:

Problem Identification

One of the most challenging areas in training development is clarifying the problem before creating a solution. At Entelechy we use a tested needs assessment process that clearly identifies the causes of employee performance issues so that our recommendations are correctly targeted. Our recommendations may not even include training as the solution — but when training is recommended we create programs that address the correct issues to achieve the desired results. It is not uncommon for a client to come to us for a specific training solution and, after working with us through the needs assessment process, determine that their real need is quite different.

Customizing a Solution

Working from a clear vision of the causes of performance problems, Entelechy will design and develop a customized solution that measurably achieves desired results. We may use existing solutions as the core structure or start from scratch, depending on the need. Entelechy does not offer public seminars or off-the-shelf training because we believe that generic training produces generic results. Our solutions achieve desired results because they are created to the specific needs of unique clients.

Solution Implementation

Entelechy performs on-site training delivery globally, in English, using our experienced training professionals or contract resources. We can also perform a more limited role in providing training documentation for use by our clients’ internal training resources. Web-based training is also available when that medium is appropriate to the training requirement.

Assuring Training “Sticks”

Performance improvement requires behavioral change, sometimes a difficult process. Using conference calls, meetings or facilitated sessions, Entelechy performs after-training coaching and assessments to ensure that the training has “stuck”. Over a set period, ongoing check-ins help participants integrate the desired results of the training on-the-job — and achieve the results our clients have invested to attain.
