Quint Studer has an insider's view of customer service. Over his 20-year career in healthcare, Mr. Studer has been the COO of Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago, and President of Baptist Hospital, Inc. His experience working in healthcare has enabled him to focus on a business where customer service is more than just a requirement - customer service is the very purpose hospitals are in existence.

With B.A. and M.S. degrees in Education from Wisconsin University, Mr. Studer and his company, Studer Group, have helped transform hundreds of organizations in their pursuit of operational excellence.
